The last day of the ongoing five day event, Delhi International Art Festival, was a gala. In this event fifteen countries participated and artists from more than hundred counties showcased their talent. The fifth day of the festival was started with a painting exhibition, Deep Prajvalan and the worship of Lord Ganesha. All those people who contributed in the event were honoured on the stage. Also, the audience congratulated ICMEI President Sandeep Marwah for carrying out such a huge event so beautifully. The first performance of the closing ceremony was by Kuchipudi dancer Gauri Thakur who gave a beautiful performance and won the hearts of audience. It is the first event organised in Noida Film City which is happening at such a big platform.
The organiser of Delhi International Art Festival and ICMEI President Sandeep Marwah said, “It is a very proud thing to say that Marwah Studios has organised such a huge event in which artists from across the globe participated and entertained the audience. Art brings two nations together and generate a feeling of togetherness. Today, India is playing a crucial role in the arena of art as artists from various countries want to understand Indian art and imbibe it. It is evident as today, artists from so many countries performed so beautifully on this very stage.” He thanked everyone who contributed in organising this event and also showed gratitude towards the current government.
On the success of the festival, Sandeep Marwah said, “I have planned to open a school for painting and sculpture art so that young talented people who want to make a career in this field get the platform and make the country proud.”
The Kroean Band in the festival performance gracefully also, the students of Asian Academy of Film and Television performed different art forms, such as fashion show, musical show and made the audience feel entertained.
The fifth day of the Delhi International Art Festival was all about the artist from Belgium as the Belgium artists showed an acrobatic dance art in such a spectacular and adventurous way that the audience was mesmerized by them. Gopal ji, Gauri Meenu Thakur, Acharya Satyendra Narayan, Mr. Pal, Harish Tripathi, Aamir Abdullah, Ritu Arijit were among the many who attended the event.
It is for sure that Delhi International Art Festival has given a platform to the young talents of the globe and has worked as a guiding light for them so that they can carve out a better future for themselves.
