New Delhi/London, 3 November 2026: Dedicated to promoting world peace, non-violence, harmony and human values, Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti is organising an international conference on “Peace, Harmony and Development” on 5 November 2026 at the historic House of Lords, British Parliament, London.
The international conference will be held under the guidance and presence of Jain Acharya Lokeshji, renowned Peace Ambassador and Founder President of Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti and World Peace Centre. Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Union Minister of the Government of India, will attend the conference as the Chief Guest. Lord Loomba, distinguished members of the British Parliament, Guru Raj Rajeshwar Ji, Mahendra Singh Jadeja and several eminent personalities from different countries will also participate and share their perspectives on peace, harmony and human welfare.
Addressing a special Mangal Bhavana Ceremony organised at the World Peace Centre, Gurugram, before departing for London, Acharya Lokeshji said that the world today is facing serious challenges such as wars, violence, terrorism, growing international tensions and environmental crises. In these challenging times, the global community must move forward on the path of peace, non-violence, tolerance and mutual harmony.
He emphasised that war can never be a permanent solution to any problem. Even the most complex global challenges can be resolved through mutual dialogue, meaningful discussions, cooperation and trust. The future of humanity lies not in war and destruction, but in peace, harmony and peaceful coexistence.
On this occasion, internationally renowned advocate Dr. Renu Raj from UK, Renowned Social Activist Taruna Verma from USA and Dr Soolpani from India expressed her views and stated that the international conference being organised in London is an important initiative towards establishing peace, harmony and goodwill across the world.
